Groff Estate

Finished in 2005, this stick built home was a spectacle atop Kellersville mountain. The 5000 sq ft. structure was outfitted with a radiant flooring system laid into the concrete floor to heat and cool the house, resilient hardy-board siding to give the home a modern feel, and a 25’ tall vaulted living area fitted with a wall of windows to capture the full view of the Blue Ridge ahead.
